2. Die Reihenfolge sollte chronologisch sein (Ansichtssache)
– Früher war das so. Heute sollte er sich besser umgekehrt vom aktuellen in die Vergangenheit spannen (antichronologisch), because the recruiter will quickly see what you are doing currently or has recently done. Dabei sollte nicht einfach stumpf aufgezählt werden, wann man bei welcher Firma gearbeitet hat. Stattdessen ist es sinnvoll, neben Dauer des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses, Firma und Ort auch den Bereich anzugeben, in dem man tätig war sowie eine stichpunktartige Beschreibung der wichtigsten Tätigkeiten.

Der Widerspruch wird als unbegründet zurückgewiesen.

Nach §27 Abs. 1SGB V haben Versicherte Anspruch auf Krankenbehandlung, wenn sie notwendig ist, um eine Krankheit zu erkennen, zu heilen ihre Verschlimmerung zu verhüten oder Krankheitsbeschwerden zu lindern. Die Krankenbehandlung umfasst unter anderem die ärztliche Behandlung.

Nach der Rechtssprechung des Bundessozialgerichts gehört die Kryokonservierung nicht zu den Leistungen der Krankenbehandlung nach §27 Abs. 1 SGB V. Eine ärztliche Zätigkeit ist nur dann ärztliche Behandlung im Sinne der Krankenversicherung, wenn sie gezielt der Heilung, Behandlung oder Erkennung einer Krankheit dient; Methoden, die nicht diesen Zielen dienen, gehören daher nicht zur ärztlichen Behandlung in diesem Sinne. Das Einfrieren und Lagern des Samens wirkt weder auf den Körper ein noch ist es für sich allein geeignet, gezielt der Heilung Treatment or diagnosis of a disease to serve.
