As previously reported, I had submitted last year on 22/07/2008 Action in social justice.
After consultation with my lawyer, I have moved the action back on 23.06.2009, as there is no view of success. led
reasons to retire to the application;
-> The Social Court can not decide that health insurance should cover the cost for cryopreservation. The court can not change social norms-control laws.
