Study and work experience - a contradiction?
Heute möchten wir Euch ein paar Wege aufzeigen, wie man am besten seinen Berufsplan aufstellt, wenn man ein Studium als Ausbildungsweg gewählt hat.
Ein Studium ist heute kein Garant mehr für einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz. Wer sich nicht für ein klassisches Studium entscheidet, das einen Berufsweg klar vorzeichnet (Medizin, Lehramt etc.), muss sich schon während des Studiums Gedanken machen, schließlich landen auch Studenten der Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften oft „in der Economy "such as human resources. Sounds like an old hat, but the key thing now is how to design this way.
The error that we encounter frequently in biographies, is the lack of clear line. Often many internships are alone whether their quantitative volume assessed subjectively as a strength. But this is only the case if they were chosen to plan. Of course, internships are used to try out, but if there are 5 different during the study, all of which were spent in completely different disciplines, you have probably tried a lot for himself, a recruiter suggests this is not as rare ungeradlinig and less purposeful.
What is the solution?

If offered an internship in a corporation or a small business and what are the daily requirements? What industry it is available and interested me really? It is a huge difference if I in the pharmaceutical or IT graduate from an internship in marketing. So even when choosing to worry about the industry, because the promise must be an unconditional, ultimately, it's like this: If I had three internships - absolve the insurance industry - regardless of my degree course I have after studying the greatest opportunities for insurance companies and banks. Many underestimate this factor.

If the search returned after 2-3 placements that a particular professional field and a particular industry has fallen, it is time to make real headway. " Faster than you might think the study is completed. We shall not be deemed take care of "unemployed" but as "seeking employment" and must be yourself so that no gaps in your CV.
Ideally, you simply put it then follows: 1-2 years before the end of the study seeks to be a working student job at the one on 1-2 days a week, regularly works for a company. Even at the interview should explore the opportunities that arise at the end of the course. Option to transfer? Advancement opportunities? Change to a different department?

Best Resorts In Chennai Ecr
Yesterday it was ready. Last Friday in April. Quarter past seven have been about 60 cyclists and cyclists unter lautem Geklingel vom Augustusplatz zu Ihrer gemeinsamen Runde auf den Weg gemacht. Soweit ich das mitbekommen habe lief alles wie geschmiert. Keine Unfälle und keine Pannen. Nur einige genervte und aggressive Autofahrer, die uns nicht als Verkehrsteilnehmer sondern als Hindernis sahen. Aber durch solche wenigen dürfen wir uns nicht provozieren lassen. Die meisten haben es mit Fassung genommen und sind langsam hinter uns her getuckert.
Ich danke nochmal alles die da waren und wir sehen uns im Mai. Fahrt täglich - Feiert Monatlich.
Die nächste Critcal Mass findet am 29.05.09 statt. Treffen ist wieder vor der Oper.

On 25 26/03/2009 and the fair took place staff in Munich. The Job Cafe was represented with its own stand and has taken in connection with the show's manager, Tina Engelhard for an interview.
Job Cafe: How successful was the "Expo 2009" this year?
T. Engelhard: In our view, the fair was very successful. With 249 exhibitors and 4316 visitors, we were able to achieve the best result in the history of the STAFF.
Job Cafe: What impact will the economic crisis? Can you see the fair as a parameter?
T. Engelhard: The exhibition clearly shows the impact the crisis on the HR market. On the one hand, there is in human resources departments, even in difficult times, a high demand for products and services for HR management. That was certainly the reason for our attendance record. On the other hand, the exhibitors already noted, however, that the current economic situation, investment decisions paralyzed. We have the good fortune that the fair has established itself as a fixture on the HR market. Therefore, most exhibitors do not want to renounce the right to point to the presence STAFF.
Job Cafe: Are job fairs in economically difficult times important?
T. Engelhard: Personal exhibitions are always important - in difficult times, as we are experiencing right now, probably even more. The task of the personnel departments move themselves from intense recruiting to staff reductions. But recruiters have to do much anyway. In addition, long-term projects such as employer branding and Work-Life Balance not lose their importance. And HR software is needed in times of crisis because of the savings potential. Job fairs this information at length about all the new features and establish the personal contact between customer and provider.
Job Cafe: What were the trends are there? The Internet plays an increasingly important role, therefore the importance of face-to-face contact at trade fairs?
T. Engelhard: networking plays an increasingly important role in advance online - for HR managers and HR Services. We therefore support the online network HRM.de (www.hrm.de) in many respects. Nevertheless, no media to replace a conversation face to face. Especially when it comes to to bind to a provider for longer, the HR people to want to get to know their partner in person.
Job Cafe: Can you already give an outlook for the next staff?
T. Engelhard: In these times it is certainly difficult to make statements about the future. We are sure that the PERSONNEL 2010 in Stuttgart will be another great success. Exhibitors and visitors were there in 2008 so content that have already logged many of the exhibiting companies again - despite the economic downturn!

On Tuesday, 17.3. ran on TV - 37 degree range, the contribution "Working um jeden Preis - Über den harten Alltag der Leiharbeiter“.
Wir vom Jobcafe, die als Dienstleistung ebenfalls Zeitarbeit anbieten, haben natürlich genau hingesehen.
Gezeigt wird das Schicksal von Zeitarbeitern, die von ihrem Lohn zum Teil noch nicht einmal leben können und zusätzlich zum Gehalt (bei einer Vollzeitstelle!) noch ergänzende Sozialhilfe beantragen müssen, oder bei Stellenabbau trotz unbefristetem Vertrags sofort gekündigt werden. Es ist ein Skandal, dass dies bei den hierzulande hohen Standards von Arbeitsrecht, Kündigungsschutz etc. möglich ist.
Die Sendung ist aber auch ein Paradebeispiel für das schlechte Ansehen von Zeitarbeit in Deutschland.

- Hat die Zeitarbeitsfirma eine gültige Lizenz zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung?
- Macht der Personaldisponent einen seriösen Eindruck? Will er Euch eine Stelle anbieten die zu Euch passt oder geht es ihm darum, die Stelle um jeden Preis zu besetzen?
- Werdet Ihr verbal placed under some sort of pressure? If your questions as answers, that you yourself feel comfortable with it?
