finance study with part-time jobs - we have a day job crisis?

Many students take advantage of us not only to find a suitable placement, to study appropriate student body or of an interesting freelance project, but must simply finance their studies.

Derzeit haben wir mehr langfristige Stellen im Angebot, aber sehr wenige Tagesjobs – selbst Stammnutzer, die wir in der Vergangenheit gerne und oft vermittelt haben, bekommen nicht so viele Angebote wie üblich. Viele fragen uns, ob dies auch an der Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise liegt.

Betreffen (drohende) Arbeitslosigkeit und Einstellungsstopp überhaupt auch den akademischen Arbeitsmarkt oder genießt dieser eine Sonderstellung?


Wir können Euch beruhigen - es ist nach wie vor so, dass Akademiker am wenigsten von der Krise betroffen sind. Dennoch muss man als Absolvent in der momentanen Situation damit rechnen, dass der Berufseinstieg teilweise etwas schwieriger sein dürfte als noch vor einigen Monaten. Jedoch gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten, die "neuen Barrieren" auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu überwinden.
Dazu gehört dann beispielsweise, auf Jobmessen zu gehen, sich frühzeitig - noch während des Studiums! - um die Stellensuche zu bemühen, nötige Schlüsselqualifikationen zu erwerben, sich Stellen zu suchen, wo man Beratung/ Coaching zu Berufsfragen findet usw. Man ist dem Ganzen also keineswegs hilflos ausgeliefert, ein bisschen Engagement gehört zur Stellensuche nun mal dazu, dann klappt es auch - auch in weniger guten Zeiten!
